OUR NEW SAFETY PROTOCOL

At CLINICARE we always focus on quality and safety. We have recently reviewed our protocols to ensure that you are safe and comfortable at all times during your appointments.

Dr Joseph Abou Kheir and his team promises to deliver the same elevated customer experience as we always did, but expect a few changes next time you visit us.
 
New Safety equipment
– Our staff wears masks, gloves, visors or glasses ;
– Installation of plexiglass at the reception area ;
– Patients will have to wear a mask before entering the clinic (you can wear your own) ;
– Adhesive stickers on the floor to respect the 2 meter rule ;
– Disinfecting stations installed through the clinic.
 
Security measures for appointments
– Virtual consultations for new and existing patients ;
– Extended clinic hours ;
– A mandatory COVID-19 questionnaire and hand desinfection before before entering the Clinique Dix30 ;
– Payment area protected by plexiglass ;
– Receipts will be sent by email ;
– Appointments are spaced 15 minutes apart to allow disinfection ;
– Rigorous disinfection protocol of office, treatment rooms and waiting rooms between each patient, including all furniture and medical equipment.
